Transport, getting there is easy

Lincoln is a straightforward 25 minute drive from central Christchurch.

The existing Lincoln township has an excellent public bus service. Buses travel between central Christchurch and Lincoln University every half hour throughout the day, which in turn provides an excellent, reliable timetable for local residents.

The primary circulation network through the new development will also become - long term - the public transport route for the neighbourhood, with carriageways wide enough to allow for buses.

The wider township is also well served by a taxi service and is a comfortable 20-30 minutes drive from both Christchurch Airport and Christchurch Railway Station.
